① Depending on the difficulty and the availability of the artist, the request might not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
② A low resolution version will be sent first with a notice that the product is completed. The original work will be delivered AFTER the client confirms the notice.
③ The artist reserves the rights to the artwork commissioned and can make use of them for any kind of purpose. Also, the process of the artwork might be shown to the public before delivery.

(*1)It starts counting from when the payment confirmation is received.
(*2)Usually delivered within 30 days. However, depending on the artist’s situation, it might require more time than usual. The client will be notified if it happens. In addition, in case of unexpected circumstances, the maximum time is set as 50 days.
